Welcome to Donaldson Class

Mrs Jenkins (class teacher) and Mrs Webb (class TA) are so excited that you are starting your school journey at Frogwell. We know you will have a wonderful time and learn lots of amazing things. Our class is named after the author Julia Donaldson, who wrote stories such as The Gruffalo, Stick Man, A Squash and a Squash and many, many more! Do you know any Julia Donaldson stories?

Term 6

We will be learning about 'Amazing Animals'; their habitats and how to care for them. We are very excited to be going on a trip to Bristol Zoo Project, where we will get to see lots of different animals, including some bears (prior learning - Term 3).

We will continue to enjoy our love of stories and develop our writing through Drawing Club - Our first story this term will be The Teeny Weeny Genie (by Julia Donaldson).

PE:

This term (T6) PE will continue to be on Mondays and Fridays. Children will need to wear PE KIT TO SCHOOL on those days (plain black jogging bottoms / leggings / shorts, school polo top and school jumper/plain black or navy hoodie with trainers or daps - NO LACES thank you!)
